Current Positions:

Sr. CRM Business Analyst:
Work throughout the SDLC of a project; Provide gap analysis, gather and compile business requirements, create prototypes, test and deliver project; Apply experience in Waterfall/Scrum development methodologies; Develop workflow diagrams, write use cases, prepare BRD, write test plans and facilitate UAT; Use SQL/Microsoft access to extract data; Handle multiple initiatives, involve in demos, meeting and interaction with senior management; Estimate work effort. Skills: Waterfall, Scrum, C, Core Java, VB 6.0, DB2, SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, MS Access, Oracle 9i PVCS, Share Point, MS Office Suite, Siebel CRM, HTML, XML, CSS, CRM Customer Order Management, Quality Center, Service Now, Action Request System. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering and 2 years of experience in a job title w/similar duties & skills to the offered position.
